Fees
Fee policy
I believe that everyone should be able to access counselling and psychotherapy. I therefore strive to keep my fees as low as possible. If I have no concessionary spaces available, or if you feel that my charges are not manageable for you, I will try to signpost you to alternative services that may be able to help you.
Fees
I don’t charge for the initial session which is an opportunity for us to meet so that you can see whether I might be the right therapist for you and so that I can be certain I feel able to help you. There is no obligation to continue with therapy with me after this session.
Fees vary dependent on how you are funding your therapy. If you are self funding i currently charge £55.00 per 50 minute session.
Insurance
I am recognised by a number of private insurers including BUPA, AXA, CIGNA, VITALITY, and AVIVA.
Payment
For self funding clients I ask for payment to be made in cash at the time of the session or online to reach me no later than the day of each appointment.
Where to find me
My private practice is in Poynton, Stockport, Cheshire, near to Poynton Pool. It is easy to access by car and parking is available. I am about a 20 minute walk from Poynton Station.
I am easily accessible from the wider southeast Manchester area including Stockport, Bramhall, Macclesfield, Wilmslow, Cheadle, Hazel Grove, Bredbury, Romiley, Marple, Denton, Tameside, etc.
